but after the amazing speeches of the democratic convention mr romney and mr ryan are flat and boring. its like they are on the jr high debate team.

The debates would be funny though, except maybe Biden v.s. Ryan.

im very much looking forward to all of them. biden vs ryan should open some eyes about just how competent joe biden is.

he meant capitalism as its practiced in America today, which honestly has little to do with traditional Adam Smith capitalism and would be better be defined as corporate statism.

Apparently, it's news to Republicans: there are less people employed in government than when Obama took office.

Again, I heard the Rush Limbaugh show the other day, riding in the car with my dad, as usual. He was looking at the new employment report and saying how it showed it was a greattime to be a government employee and bad time to be in the private sector.

Mitt was on "Meet The Press" this morning ... where he said he'd keep some parts of health care reform, but with his brand on it, and that yeah, in some ways Obama has made the country safer, and maybe Republicans were also responsible for agreeing to all those budget cuts looming on the horizon ...

In their beliefs, Paul. Overall as a person in their integrity, Romney. He'll lie through his teeth and say anything to be President. He changes his position whenever it suits him, while at least Paul is pretty consistent. He also stands by his statements, and doesn't give a shit about the backlash of his statements. So I give him props for that. Doesn't mean his beliefs aren't crap.
