...I don't think it's too bad in Canada...seems like a lot of girls are getting pregnant between the ages of 16-20 though...a few of my friends already have kids...one guy had 2 kids at 17. That's screwed up!

That happens in every nation; more than a few of my graduating class were already parents or became parents shortly after. It's just not something you can stop, but you can do your best to curb the impact. The US was on a fourteen-year downtrend among teen births until the "abstinence-only" programs began to bear fruit.

We have a disturbingly high teenage pregnancy rate, with far too many youths practising unsafe sex. It's a bit bizarre really.

I should probably point out again that the UK suffers the same issue despite sex education being more comprehensive than the nations with lower rates (like say Malta :blink:
