Denmark has legalized same sex marriage!

We're now up to 11 countries world wide with same sex marriages in effect. Thoughts?

Personally, I'm excited. This is a brilliant step forward, and it will put more pressure on the other EU countries to legalize it. It seems like nearly every country in the EU is pushing some kind of bill through their local parliaments atm, but bills can take years to be voted on. A toast to success!

I agree with their decision. The only way I wouldn't, would be if they try and pressure other countries into making the same decision.

If SYRIZA gets in power (and damn it, I hope they do), it'll probably be legal within months.

A lot of other countries are working on it, too. Colombia already approved an action in which it'll be automatically legalized in 2013.
