What do You think about Mods?

Sorta yeah...all I know is quite a few posters were annoyed.

However, NSG does still have to abide by the rules of the site, and they are fairly explicit. They don't, admittedly, cover zoophilia or related.

There was a fairly long period where there were regular discussions of paedophilia, with more than a couple of posters describing themselves as paedophiles with no repercussions. I believe almost all of them disagreed with the idea of underage sex, but then I don't remember 1000 Cats talking about having actually had sex with animals.

Indeed the rules are explicit but you did touch on the elephant in the room as it were....we have lots of posters who have posted about illegal activities they have been involved with (mainly every drug or piracy thread) and they are still here.

None of those posters define themselves and most of their activities on the site by that activity, though. You may talk about your experiences with drugs in a larger thread about them, but you don't create a region promoting using illegal substances or define your nation a bunch of pot-smoking, torrent streaming pirates.

I think he was more suggesting that if one created a region celebrating one's love of drugs, one might suffer repercussions. In the same way that creating a region celebrating one's love of animals might in part have contributed to 1000 Cat's sad demise.

I'm not sure, though. The region he made was there for the discussion of zoophilia, but I don't know when that crosses the line into "promotion".

Actually, there are a few regions that define themselves on illegal drug use. See: weed, marijuana, and Ganga. I doubt these are just things the mods haven't noticed until now, tbh.

The regions are considered to be part of the over-all game, even though they're not forums. Indeed, it is said that game-side (regions, flags, nations, etc) are more harshly policed, as they're used for educational purposes. I think that's the official line, or something similar.
