Making abortion illegal is not only economically inefficient by drastically increasing poverty, but also surrendering to 'the same 'Christian morality'' that opposes homosexuality, stem sell research and the rights of mothers to abort children from rape; which is the next step should abortion be made totally illegal in the United States.

No. When you are sleeping, your brain is still experiencing thoughts. The natural instinct to not die is there. However the fetus, especially at early stages, has no thoughts. It has a simple biological drive to grow, as all things do. If you use that as a basis for something to not be killed, I suppose to are in opposition to eating other living organisms such as cows, plants, and opposed to killing people who are in other countries under the premise of war? Because the simple biological drive to grow does not mean you are deserving of rights. Our treatment of animals is proof enough of that.

Consent to sex =/= consent to pregnancy.
This is not a hard concept, sweetie.
If the fetus originated in a bathtub or a meadow of daisies, sure, it has a right to remain there. But it originates in a woman's body, and has no right to use another person's body against their will, whether or not it will cause harm. No one and nothing has any right to anyone's body ever, for any purpose.

A lot of the time they had sex with consent, however many didn't want a baby. You can also seek abortion for reasons other than not wanting a baby: Financial state, you have a genetic disorder or coupled with your partner give the baby a high chance of a genetic disease such as Tay-Sachs(which can be determined by testing you to see if you are a carrier of said gene/chromosome), or other reasons.
