Mocht ge groen bier willen.. Toen ik nog klein was zijn we ooit eens in een Ardens dorpje naar een café'tje geweest waar ze groen heksenbier hadden (blijkbaar was dat dorpje gekend om zijn heksenlegendes, een beetje à la Beselare zeker). Dorpje heette Cornimont(10km ten N-W van Bouillon). Deze info geheel terzijde.

Er schijnt ook een speciale kleurstof te zijn waarmee je Guinness groen kan kleuren.


We moeten hier in Nederland toch maar eens Oranje bieren gaan maken...

Het kleuren van bier is niet zo moeilijk, wat de VWA er dan van vindt is een tweede. :p

VWA? Je hebt het over bier aanpassen, en het beste argument waar je mee komt is de VWA? Niet eens over smaakbederf? Valt me tegen :roll:

En anders gebruik je Heineken of Grolsch, dat smaakt toch al niet.

Beselare is een deelgemeente van Zonnebeke, wat u waarschijnlijk evenmin iets zal zeggen.. tenzij ge ooit al in't polygonebos geweest zijt. Een andere deelgemeente van Zonnebeke ringt misschien wel een belletje: Passendale. Gekend van zowel de lekkere kaas genaamd naar het dorpje, als de verschrikkelijke Battle of Passchendaele (3e slag om Ieper) waarvan het Tyne Cot cemetery een stille getuige is.

Ik ben wel eens op de Kemmelberg geweest, lang geleden, in 2006. En ook eens in Nieuwkerke, ook in 2006.

Waarom praten alle semi-Nederlandstaligen in een heuvelachtig gebied trouwens iets aparts? West-vlaams, Limburgs, zwitserduits ;)

West-Vlaanderen is geen heuvelachtig gebied. Behalve dat gebied rond de Kemmelberg is't hier redelijk vlak. We hebben polders enzo hoor.. de Moeren bijvoorbeeld zijn nog platter dan Nederland.
