As far as crossovers between the two, almost certainly.

"30 Days of Night" is a much better vampire film. "Dog Soldiers" is a much better werewolf film.

Dog soldiers is definitely win. 30 Days of Night ... gets boring if the same TV channel plays it again and again.

Jeje, ya erás. Encajarás en algún grupo, y todo te irá bien.

Hay gente que es bien formal. Yo, por ejemplo.

Been married to Gallo almost 2 years and I do not call his parents by name. To me they are Mister and Mrs [insert name here]. :p

In all fairness, "Queen of the Damned" only appears quite SO awful because it followed "Interview..."

You did? I am so so sorry.

You see, I read the book. And the film murdered the book. In fact, it almost doesn't resemble the book, which was a bummer to me.

That when I speak to people I almost never reference their names and for professors or other people I hold to high esteem, I usually call them: "[Academic Title]. [First Letter of their Last Name]."

"30 Days of Night" is the only real claimant to realistic historical Vampire mythology, and I give it a lot of credit for that.

It's not my favourite Vampire film (it is in the top 5 though), but it's certainly a superior product.

"Dog Soldiers", on the other hand, is just so far out of the park that it's practically in a different sport.

Read the book too ... but forgot it till I saw the movie ... the music was the most amazing part in it.

G, whoever made the script really murdered the book. So much so that aside from some of the characters having the same names, the story doesn't follow, at all, what is in the book.

They should've gone with The vampire Lestat first and then go into Queen. But perhaps the outcome would've been the same.

I mean, it's not weird to me if it's between to people who don't know each other in a professional setting (i.e. coworkers) or if it's between superiors and inferiors (teacher and student) pero siempre he llamado alguien de mi edad como "tu." Nunca "usted" (salvo en situaciones formales que surgen, por ejemplo, en las competencias de MUN que tengo). Me parece raro.

It also strikes me as odd to call your in-laws Mr. and Mrs. _______. But I guess some people are particular about these things.

It may be just their upbringing. -shrug-

And my in-laws have said many times to call them by first name, but I just can't. Odd, I know.

I only remember a few good Vampire movies ... yeah, 30 Days of Night was one of the better ones. Werewolf movies ... In the top 5 may be Ginger Snaps and ... damn, can't remember any other one right now, apart form Dog Soldiers, of course.
