true....and the tenor sax is more...'thinks.' as you might say easier to play and you get a better sound but the fingerings are almost the same...but the bass is lower...and the tenor can and is easier to reach the high notes...

Oh okay. I know my brother plays clarinet (and guitar, bass, keyboards) and was saying there's one sax that's in the key but different octave. I'm anticipating this is similar.
