What happened that was so bad?

Nothing specifically, just took some time to evaluate my own actions in the last some six months, it's rather clear that I'm at fault for most of my own problems right now and that had I done things the way I wanted to, and not let people push me around right now I'd probably have gone to prom with the girl of my dreams, have graduated with respectable marks and probably be employed.

Instead, instead none of those things happened, because I let my doctor talk me out of medication I desperately needed, I let my backstabbing friends ruin my social life (again!) and I haven't even finished my gosh-darned resume.

Not even that but I didn't even do much good for myself once things started downhill. I gave up and promptly lost everything else, even the job I worked at last year hired someone half as good (they tell me) just because I was too low-down to go to the fricking office and ask for a new contract. I didn't even try to finish my school project even though in hind-sight I was about as far done as several other people who finished with 80+ marks. Ugh.

Sorry. Needed to get that out. I'm young it all turn out for the best, I know, I know, but I need to vent.... And NSG has always been my favourite place to do it. You guys are the best really!

If your friends ruined your social life, then they're not your friends. However, how exactly did they ruin your social life? Are you sure they weren't just messing about?

I mean, when that photo of me in my pyjama's got on Facebook, my reputation was finished for a few months. But I can't say I blame my friend for posting something made of that much win.

No offence meant, but this is a pretty shitty hospital if they're honestly allowing you to do things like this. It shouldn't be allowed to happen in a hospital on general principles, even if there's no specific reason for stopping it.

"Messed about" in the sense that they threatened me to ask out a girl, when I knew full well of my own accord that it was way too soon over Facebook by means of (my ought to be former) friend threatening to ask her out and/or tell her awful things about me if I didn't say something that night. I did, it was way too fucking soon, (we'd gone on one lunch date). Then to make matters worse, they told my other friend who liked her to go for her. Yeah, he didn't make the same mistakes.

Wasn't the first shit thing they've convinced me to do nor the first time they've ruined a potential relationship for me. Yeah they're awful, awful friends, and every single one I've made other than them are all headed to university next year, so what the fuck am I supposed to do?

This is a Romanian hospital. Healthcare is one of the least important things on the government's 'to do' list, and it's saturated in corruption. If you pay the staff enough, you can do whatever you want here. Hell, the mafia used to use the basement to torture people. The Securitate used it to torture people before them.
