I've learned that NSG is destroying my sleeping pattern.

The day before yesterday, I woke up at 1PM, went to bed at 3AM the next day.

On that same day, I woke up at 12AM. I went to sleep from 11:30PM to 1AM today (only 1.5 hours). Now it's 4AM, and I'm not tired.
