Well, you don't need to answer those question with me. But you need to discuss all these and more, whatever worries you may have, with Michelle, before you guys try for a child.

I don't want you to go through the heartache Gallo and I went through when our own was removed because I had an ectopic pregnancy.

Sorry to hear that, Nana. You have my sympathies.

You do have a say in it, but only if you want to go without sex. But that's actually a good thing, in your case. :p

Nanatsu no Tsuki wrote:
Yes, I believe you do. Before anything happens, do sit down and discuss this. Weigh it in.

Are you financially stable enough to have a child? Do you have the means to pay for OBGYN's appointments, supplements and any emergency that may present itself in case Michelle's pregnancy is a difficult one? Is Michelle sound of body to carry a pregnancy to term?" Are you prepared to be a father? All those things and more need to be considered. :)

Not to mention there's the question of whether or not she's prepared for motherhood.

Just adding on to that last bit, my 8-9th grade math teacher always told embarrassing stories about her daughter (one of my friends, who also happened to be in her class), like how she (teacher) thought that her son was retarded because he was so quiet, and the daughter was always crying, and shit like that (for some reason, my friend told me once that she couldn't stand to be far away from her mom when she got out of school after I told her I'd probably go to college up north or something).

Anyways, we have sat down and talked about it on multiple times, but regardless, she wants a kid by the end of next year. Michelle and I do understand that it may not be possible then because anything could happen by then.

Not always so. My brother was a spoiled brat and had a child at 19. Now he's probably one of the better men I know and the happiest by far.
