I really listen to more punk than metal, but like them both quite a lot. Not huge on alt rock, but there are a few bands within the genre I like.

And uhh... I've got Christian hardcore like Zao. I don't really like rock.

Yes, there's lots of Christian hardcore and metalcore bands, and have been for 20+ years. Solid State Records specializes in it.

It kinda makes sense, especially because a lot of the bands come from charismatic Protestant backgrounds and the emotional force of hardcore punk syncs well with the ecstatic spiritual force that those churches like to emphasis.
