It's not that I'm hesitant to lead, as in direct and make known what's supposed to be done... it's removing people from my team... I dunno, but I'm not good at removing people from the position they volunteered for, and it's giving me a problem... and not having been able to check what needs to be checked since 21 hours ago ain't helping me today.

I just get this shadow of doubt that asks "can I do it", and then it rhetorically responds with "no you can't" when I know that I can do it, and do it well. And I hate it.
