I've learned via Urban Dictionary what "red wings" are. The definition is not really that safe for work (then again, most definitions fall under the same criteria )

I am normally very creative when coming up with character names when I write, too. Honestly, I came up with his middle name first, it meshed, and I only really knew one other Timothy when I named him. Now Jerry, Jesse, John, Chris, Mike and Eric/k were all very common names to me at the time.

I didn't even think about Lassie, and South Park came out later (or I only became aware if it later).

Mom, yes. Maybe I don't look my age. Not sure. When I was pregnant, I cut my hair super short since a friend's baby had this thing for pulling my hair. It's okay if adults do that, but not babies -just not the same. Anywhoooo... I looked 13 instead of 19 and got many dirty looks from "grown-ups" who thought I was a pre-teen slut apparently.
