I've learned that Season 9 of Scrubs sucks, compared to Season 1-8. It just doesn't have the charm that the first 8 season did.

Ted: The hospital's sad sack
Carla: The proud Dominican Nurse who gets into everyone's business
Janitor: A psychopath who likes to torture people and create stuff animals
Lloyd: A UPS driver who's a drug addict
JD: The show's original protagonist who has weird fanasty

and replaced it with a bunch of characters who just doesn't have the same charm that the original cast did.

Yep. They replaced the wonderful cast with the following:

Cole: A rich frat boy who only got in because his parents donated a wing to the hospital
Dr. Mahoney: Who's like a female version of Dr. Cox
Drew Suffin: A guy who dropped out of medical school a long time ago, but came back to finish what he started
Lucy Bennett: The new protagonist who's a mix between JD and Dr. Reid.

Dr. Cox, Dr. Turk, and Dr. Kelso were the only original cast left in Season 9.
