Scientifically speaking, the fact is that we are animals, like all other primates, like all other mammals.

I am timid. Timid people talk a great deal because they can't stand silence. I am always ready to bring out any idiocy at all just to fill up silence. I go on, I go on from one thing to another so that there will be no chance for silence. I talk vehemently. I know I can be unbearable.

Humans are biologically Animals, We are Mammals that replicate the behavior of a virus but We are in a biological sense animals. The only difference seperates Humans from other animals (All but Dolphins and Whales) is the fact that We have a cerebellum.

Nah. I'd just call them uncivilized. It's what we do now. Have you ever heard anyone look around at all the hell-holes of the world and said "Well that looks like a shining beacon of civilization to me!"

DNA is irrelevant. Actions are important.

Unless you have some roots growing in the ground that no one else knows about, then yes, you ARE an animal, that is a scientific fact. Any claims to the contrary are make believe....you say we have souls, ALL living things have souls, so? You want to make claims about "civilizations" really? Ever heard of Ants? The ONLY thing that is unique about the human being is that through out the course of their lives they exhibit bits and pieces of all other life on earth. This does not make us superior in anyway, only proves that we are kindred of all the other life that shares this planet.

Humans are Hydrogen/oxygen/carbon based lifeforms that run on Biological energy and Neuro-Electrical energy. It's very much the same with other animals, and i don't want to say anything more than that.
Then i guess there is levels of lifeforms, you start with dead stuff like rocks, then you get to the bacteria and viruses, you have amoeba, then fungi, eventually you get to the plants, which lead on to smaller animals that carry out very simple functions, then the more complicated ones that carry out very complex functions like dolphins, monkey's, horses, pigs, and other large wild/nomadic animals. I think that classifications are all hypothetical, because you have to fit such broad spectrums of lifeforms in these classifications. The argument is whether we should be put into the upper animal class, or the Humanoid class. Some would say Humanoid's come later and that we're just more complex animal's, others will classify us as humanoids. The problem is these classifications are hypothetical, so it's just best for the scientists to form their opinion on how classifications should be put down, and we can just keep saying "humans are humans, i can't be wrong on that".
