Rubbing alcohol. All others are inferior.

Heard of a bunch of traps down Dorset way who kept nabbing the alcohol gel packs from hospitals and watering it down a bit and then drinking it.

Quite a few of 'em died.

I don't think it would be the Ethanol that gets them though, I've drank 151 proof rum on the rocks and quite liked it. Maybe there was methanol instead in the gel packs?

Out of the hard alcohols I prefer vodka and rum. I haven't really found a beer that tastes great to me. Got a variety pack of Real Ale yesterday but it's just not yummy. Wines are okay in mixers, same with brandies (obviously I lack a refined palate). Tried Absinthe, can't stand licorice.
