it is however, individuals, not ethnicities, that are capable of being racist.
you could have a racist culture. hitler for example tried to start one.
as have others. that still doesn't make racism something that can be biologically inherited.
nor reasonably applied as a label, to all persons who's ancestors were born in a particular place.
so the question itself is somewhat illogical.
any ONE can be a racist.
tarring a whole group, one that people are born into through no choice of their own,
to demonize and target them as a group, well that is precisely the great evil that hitler
and others like him, will forever be reviled for having committed.
and no, i don't think racism is PREVALENT in ANY race. nor at all.
rather it is a tool of political manipulation, one perhaps too easily created,
but not in any sense a default condition.

Uh, what are you doing that black people are accusing you of racism? I can't remember the last time I was accused of racism by anyone at any time.
Agreed, but honestly, if you look at some of the shit being flung at anyone who disagrees with the President, not only by blacks, but also by white, purples, greens, and oranges (being racially sensitive), people are still quick to jump to racism (yes, I do realize that this is mostly politically motivated).

And also, why do whites have problems with blacks?

Uh, maybe you're not actually listening. People aren't saying that it's racist to disagree with the President. The problem is that it just so happens to be that while people are "disagreeing" they're also accusing him of being Muslim and foreign despite him being neither of those things. They just happen to be comparing him to a monkey and other animals "in the zoo" and calling him an African. It just happens that while they are disagreing they aren't actaully talking about actual policies of his and it's just about shit they made up.
Yes, it's not all of them. It's not even most of them. But the group of them that aren't racist are so desperate to appear to be a majority that they won't even call out the people who are very clearly being racist. When people accused McCain of not being eligible for office a whole lot of liberals, including the Congress, corrected them. That's because no one wanted to be associated with such things. Where are all the Republicans decrying the treatment of Obama? Where are all the Republicans saying the personal attacks calling him a Muslim and an African and whatnot are racist and wrong?
As I pointed out in another thread, it's an awful lot of coincidence to just be ignored. There is a group of people who can stop the undercurrent of racism in their party and they choose not to do so. It's them you should be calling out, because if they'd just do that, you'd not have an issue.

Oh, no argument there, but it still fails to justify the treatment being thrown at a lot of people who disagree with Obama. I was discussing some of the issues I took with the Obama administration (whole different thread, don't start on this please), when someone looked at me and accused me of being racist, despite the fact that I had never even mentioned Obama's race.

It happens a lot more than you'd think down here.
"Hey, man. Why did you ask me for that five dollars you owe me? Is it because I'm black?"

Do you believe they are nationalizing healthcare?
No
