and a not so class act

Kudos to the high school football team who let the player with Down's Syndrome have a moment in the sun.

And to Wal-Mart, the Wal-Mart clerk, the police and city involved in the other non-class act, I hope the family sues you all into bankruptcy -

I hope the family gets a judgement against Wal-Mart so big that it has to be structured over the lifetimes of the kids.

"Oh, that's you son. Your father snuck in and took it."

Yeah, if I were them, I'd sue all parties involved into oblivion.

Wait, so why is WalMart at fault here? I mean, the photo clerk was being a dipshit. If you've ever been to a WalMart, I'm sure you know they have their fair share of them. But he's the one that called, not WalMart.

Not only that, it's the police and (probably) Child Protection Services (or whatever the hell it's called) that should be in the hot seat over this issue. They were the ones that took the issue to an entirely different level by taking action against the parents, not WalMart.

I'm a big WalMart hater, but all they did was responsibly report a possible crime. WalMart didn't take the kids away or make the decision to prosecute, It was the cops and Social Services who completely over reacted.

That WalMart news reminds me of this PBF comic.

I agree with that, although the guy should have used a bit more common sense, he didn't do anything wrong by reporting nude photos of children, thats actually something that I heard they are legally responsible to do. But to take children away and make someone a sex offender in such an arbitrary way, especially even before it went before a judge, seems completely irresponsible and a definitely a betrayal of those parents freedoms. It would be like arresting the photographers from national geographic for taking pictures of naked Amazonian kids, or making the director of "Life According to Garp" a sex offender because of the opening of his movie.
