Which Christian denomination do you dislike the most?

For the religion I dislike the most, I'm not fully decided. I'm not a fan of Islam, but I dislike pagan religions more. It most likely is Hinduism.
I dislike the Orthodox denomination the most.

Religion: I hold an unfavorable view of Islam. I dislike the FLDS.

Denomination: I hold an unfavorable view of Catholicism, and to a certain extent the Baptist Church.
This is no longer my main nation (got bored with it).

Paganism. For sure.

I do not know. All denominations are Christian and I don't really hate any.

Convert, though why?

You might enjoy this gently humorous book: http://www.amazon.co.uk/One-Flew-Over-O ... 1928653278

One of the chapters mentions how 'ordainitis' is a common malady of the convert.

That's not to say that you're not wholly sincere, and I don't mean to suggest otherwise for a second - but it seems to be a common issue for Orthodox parish priests to discover that their converted male parishioners contemplate ordination; and with so many different levels and orders of ordination in Orthodoxy, the temptation's perhaps understandable.

So again, not for a second do I mean to suggest that you're not 100% sincere; but realistically you should talk to a priest, as I'm sure you're already planning on doing if you follow through.

Ordered, I'll have a read of that.

I was baptised on the 3rd of April 2010, been to church since then. I got inklings that I might want to be ordained this January however I had put it aside due to working on finishing up some loose ends in the form of half finished qualifications.

As I will be finishing an undergraduates in political science (basically writing a historical paper and then analysing the situation with John Spanier's levals of analysis) very soon as in early February. I was wondering on what to do next. I spend so much of my time on NSG debating theology, I feel that God has given me my knowledge for a reason and I feel called to help people through the church.

So yes I will pray about it, read that book, finish my paper and then perhaps see a priest.

I consider Mormons Christians. I certainly don't believe what they say, but they preach morality and thus they are surely good people. And I do not know enough about the Baha'i Faith to say.

Interesting, thoughtful and well explained summation of the highly complex Baha'i Faith.

Since we're on the topic of our other religion likes/dislikes, I'd like to hear everyone's opinions on the Rastafari Movement.

I personally hold the movement in great regard. Some of my current theological beliefs have been influenced by Rasta teachings. Even my political beliefs have been shaped by such teachings.

I briefly and still sometimes consider becoming a Rasta (which actually wouldn't necessarily change my views much), but I need to study their beliefs more.

How? They follow the OT, they're very spiritual, there's a Mansion that actually puts Yeshua above Selassie (the one I would join)...

How the fuck is it a cult?!
