Which is why it can't be used as a source to prove he is what he says he is.
If you're having a theological debate (one that is not about whether, or not God is real, et caetera) about Christianity, you have to assume the Holy Bible is correct.

You have to assume the Old Testament is correct...... when arguing that that the New Testament is false... if it was from one theist to another.
The New Testament cannot be true if the old Testament is false.... but the old Testament can be true if the New Testament is false.

The Old Testament has lost "authority" to Gentiles, it is not false. New Testament Law applies to Gentiles. Jews may continue to follow Old Testament if they so choose.

I know.
I was saying you cannot say it is false and then say the New Testament is true. Because the New Testament leans heavily on the old.

One can't say the Old Testament is false...Indeed!!! How could it be false? it was the authority of God until around 2000 years ago. It was the law for all to follow if they were of God.

A little bit out of context there.... but sure we'll switch the topic..
Until 2000 years ago?
Why does it not continue for the Jews till today.... it was never for the gentiles.

Yes, of course they do.
If they are good people they shall go to heaven.
Though, every Jew.... just for being a Jew is entered into heaven (some argue the Jew must be circumcised, others say just for being born)

There is a large argument about whether the non-circumcised Jew goes to heaven.... some say he goes to heaven but dies before 60 others say he goes to heaven but dies childless or all three of those or doesn't go to heaven and maybe just one of those?
It's an intense argument.

I don't understand what you're trying to say about Baptism.
And, yes, God did love the world so, but not you betray his sacrifice, and don't listen to the Vicar of Christ.
