PS, it's spelled arguments.

Well, I'll just kick the hornet's nest and ask, what is your system of reasoning?

It doesn't matter how it is spelled, so long as you can easily discern what I am saying. Your grammatical correcting does nothing to destroy the argue-a-ments that are being presented.

What is my system of reasoning? For this specific topic, or for life in general? Be more specific with your line of questioning.

As for this specific topic, I am quite honestly convinced that this person is talking out of their ass. On Nationstates, there is no such thing as persecution, with the only line really being drawn at zoophilia (mostly because we don't want this place to become 4chan).

Persecution is when people kick you only because of the color of your skin, bloody ni**er. Persecution is when your family disowns you and kicks you out at 15 because you are a male who happens to like males, you fa**ot. Persecution is when you go the police, and they just laugh you out of the station because the problems of a dumb s**c doesn't concern the police. That is persecution.

I am happy that I live in an area that, despite all the Christian propganda and legislation and what-not, I have never actually been persecuted. I've been irritated, annoying, frusterated, and de-monsteracized... but I've never been persecuted, because that would be degrading to those who have lived and suffered through persecution.

Grammar is the organization of words, orthography is the spelling. So my orthographical correction.

It's spelled propaganda, by the way.

"I've been irritated, annoyed, frustrated, and demonized."

Let's actually consult a dictionary on this matter.

"to pursue with harassing or oppressive treatment,"

Well then. Christians on this site are pursued with harassing treatment.

Ergo, we are persecuted.

I also don't understand the difference between your system of reasoning here and in life in the broader scope. Why should they be different?

Irregardless, my point still stands un-touched among your shit-show of orthological correction.

How am I harrassing you? Am I coming to your house and destroying your stuff? Through what means am I harrasing you? Do I send threatening TG's? Threaten to kill your wife and family? No, I don't. So you aren'y being harrassed, nor am I oppressing you.

If you have problems with actual harrasment and persecution, copy paste the TG's to moderation and have them take care of the problem. Don't whine in general.

Irregardless,

That's not a word.

Second, let's define harassment.

bother continually; pester;

Christians on this site are pestered and bothered continually.

I omitted a comma.

Considering how long I've been here, and have made more than public my religious beliefs, I have serious doubts about your assertion.

One need only type in the word "stupid" in "search this topic" to verify the veracity of my assertion.

Ir-re-mutherfucking-gardless, as I said before, I have been annoyed. I have been called a monster. I have been called an immoral, indecent person. I have been told to get out of the country. I have am bombarded with religiousity at every turn.

But I have not been persecuted. And that is what is important.

Considering the OP's prohibition of ragging on Christianity, yet they still do, I'd consider that pestering us.

One might also need to seach "Needs to learn that correction of grammar and ornithology and presenting dictionary definitions does not constitute an effective arguement."

Sorry, but no matter how perfect your punctuation and spelling, even polished shit still smells.

Oh please. I was the father of a 1500+ post topic that was supposed to be about your coming into atheism, for atheists only. First poster was a Christian telling me why my atheism was wrong.

Topics change, OP's are disregarded... such is the nature of NSG. Your point is moot.

The OP doesn't moderate discussion. Moderators (surprise!) moderate discussion. Yes, there are trolls and others that would have one believe that Christians are raving lunatics that foam at the mouth and make LDS worshipers look like denizens of Pleasantville.

They're entitled to their own opinions, no matter how baseless or asinine they are. But I won't scream "Persecution!" until they start stoning us like Rainy Day Women #12 & 35.

Da faq? How'd this turn into a debate over whether or not Christians are persucuted on NS? Its a thread for general chat about Christianity, not about silly debate over whether or not Christians are persocuted by Atheists. Back on topic.

I joined an Apostolic church to escape the hypocrisy of life in a western democratic society and to find a more meaningful purpose in life. As much as the reaching out to others went I agree in the concept of saving souls but to do that in a Christian sense meant condemnation for those who weren't willing to be saved that day. Fly s in the face of free will doesn't it? Anyway I left. I cant say too much about Islam as I know next to nothing about Islam except to say that my children know that Christianity and Islam have one thing in common. War.

Jesus didn't go to war as far as I know? Can anyone else tell me if Jesus went to war?

*reads entire Bible* Nope, nothing about Jesus marching his armies on Rome.

Calvinism? WTF?
The blue sky above beckons us to take our freedom, to paint our path across its vastness. Across a million blades of grass, through the roars of our elation and a thousand thundering hooves, we begin our reply.

I'm fairly sure he waged war against Rome and it's culture, though.

Also, that of legalistic Jews.
