What kind of heartless person would criticize the President for reaching out to the parents of a murdered teen, giving them words of sympathy, showing them that he understood them and every parent who's children have dark skin when they fear that their child might end up accosted, arrested, or even murdered by a vigilante for wearing a hoodie in the wrong neighborhood? You are not the one most affected by this so quit whining as though you were in any way affected by the President's words.

Could I possibly post the pictures of him sticking up his middle fingers? Yeah, that's real class. I'll try my luck. Mods can remove the post if it's offensive.

Is that Obama's son?

And here's what the site that broke the story had to say about that photo:
Recognize these two people? If you don’t, we’ll help you out. The man on the left is George Zimmerman, the man accused of murdering the boy on the right, Trayvon Martin. The mainstream media won’t show you these two photos because they convey a message that no one else wants to take into consideration.

Correction, 8:56 pm ET March 25, 2012: We made a mistake. The photo on the right is not of the Trayvon Martin who was shot by Zimmerman. We apologize to our readers and to the Martin family.

I've never seen a case where a murder victim was the subject of so many hateful and horrible comments as Trayvon.

Why do so many feel the way to slander him so much? It's so sad. You would think the kid was Osama the way so many seem to love mocking his death while praising his murderer.

What is wrong with these horrible people? Will they stop at nothing to try to ruin the memory of Trayvon?

Even the news stopped talking about the Florida shooting. Not that it isn't a valid topic of conversation, but it has drifted pretty far from what it has to do with Obama and Romney...
"...I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in the stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Council-er or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I can't agree with your methods of direct action;" who paternalistically feels he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by the myth of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait until a "more convenient season." -MLK Jr.

Lots? Do you? Your friends?

Let's see...I have about 600 friends on Facebook, and know most of them generally well. Out of all of them, maybe 5 or 6 would post that kind of stuff. The people I know and hang out with are good people. Meaning most of them have some dignity and self-respect that they wouldn't be posting that kind of stuff on the internet.

If you've heard of southern class, that's what I'm talking about.

My my my. Extreamly judgmental.

Southern Class? I have been to all 50 states. And guess what. The use of the finger exists in all of them.

I am willing to be more then a few of your "facebook" friends have used it.

Again. You might want to review the judgement thing. Seemed to miss that in your bible studies.

Are these people insane?

Linky

harry isnt having any of it.

“Senator Reid made clear his view that absent a balanced agreement that pairs smart spending cuts with revenue measures asking millionaires to pay their fair share, the debt will be dealt with through the sequester, which will cut another $1.2 trillion in discretionary spending in a fair manner – half from military spending and half from domestic spending.

“Since no debt ceiling increase will likely be necessary until after the end of the year, Senator Reid conveyed his view that any discussion of the debt ceiling is premature until after the sequester takes effect or is replaced with a balanced agreement, and after Congress deals with the expiring Bush tax cuts.

“Senator Reid thought it was unfortunate to see Republican leaders engaging in the same kind of brinksmanship that led to a slump in economic confidence and a downgrade of the U.S. credit rating last year. Republican leaders’ pronouncements left him with the distinct impression that they remained more interested in drawing lines in the sand and appeasing the Tea Party than working with Democrats in a calm and rational manner.”

Well, for one, the media picked it up. Why this case? Because here we had a case of a murderer walking free for murdering a teen pretty much only because the teen was black and the murderer had a gun. Law enforcement utterly failed to address the case properly until the public outcry forced an intervention from higher up. And then there were people like you that vilified the victim. That's what sets this case apart from a good deal of the other murder cases.

Back when I was a teen? Yeah. Course we didn't have twitter or webcams back then, so there's no records of it...

How about you address the fake one you posted earlier.

Yeah, a lot of photos of me contain my middle finger, I don't like having my picture taken and that is my favored way of showing my objection.

Now, granted, when I was a teen we were not as prone to photographing ourselves because it cost money for each photo that had to then be developed. Even so, quite a few were not reluctant to give a single finger salute. Mostly, because, you know, it doesn't fucking matter. It's just a middle finger.

Hell, on my facebook now is a picture of me in my teens a friend put up with a cockatoo on my shoulder and a fake samurai sword in my hand. Does this mean that I'm a nefarious double agent in the age old war of pirates vs. ninjas? That I'm a violent avian fetishist? That, for fun with some friends one day I posed with a sword and a loud bird?

You have 600 friends with a stick up their ass and don't do anything frivolous, I don't know if that's something to pat yourself on the back for. That kind of behavior makes you uptight about things that don't effect you at all, like gay people getting married and a president saying that's okay in an interview as if that is all the policy he can do that week.

See how I brought that back around to the topic? I know my way back, dammit...

Because Jon Huntsman was someone that respected different cultures by raising his adopted Indian daughter according to Indian traditions and faiths in addition to his own American tradition and mormon faith so that she may choose when she's old enough and loved his country so much he went to work in China for a President from a different party than his own rather than dig his heels in and oppose him. And that's why the Republicans rejected him.

The Illuminati is behind the curtains on our presidential elections.
"As the Americans learned so painfully in Earth's final century, free flow of information is the only safeguard against tyranny. The once-chained people whose leaders at last lose their grip on information flow will soon burst with freedom and vitality, but the free nation gradually constricting its grip on public discourse has begun its rapid slide into despotism. Beware of he who would deny you access to information, for in his heart he dreams himself your master."
