You make an assumption. My ancestors and yours (cavemen) may or may not have believed in God. I don't know. But even if they did, that doesn't mean that I do.

Why?Why would a "loving" god create such situations? It doesn't make sense.
I suppose my points were aimed mostly at Christianity and for that, but living in Canada, I'm not exposed to other religions as much. I also can't read the languages that other religions are written in.

You know, it's not necessary to believe in a god to be a Christian. In fact, I would argue that belief in a god is incompatible with being a Christian.
