Right. So every Noun must be capitalized, because Nouns are superior to every other Type of Word. I am a Human and a Theist. These Nouns are capitalized, are They not?

D'you know who else capitalized nouns? That's right, Hitler did.

Proper nouns are capitalized. The word 'god' unless referred to as the name of a specific diety, is a common noun.

Because we non-believers just love to bash others. Didn't you read the past few pages?
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? That's...really sad. To even propose that we should take godandscience.org seriously is insulting.

Oh God! Its design is so, so... ugly.

The little picture of Stephen Hawking there for no discernible reason made me laugh though.

After a brief going over of it, it is about what you would expect when a non-scientist (and non-website designer) makes a website trying to bring together all the tired old "of course science proves there is a God" arguments in one place.

I say tired, old because I have seen most of them used before, and argued better as well.

Because if someone has good evidence for god then I damn well want to know about it. It would change my understanding of the universe forever. If they don't, then we can rightly tell them to shut the hell up when they use "god says so" as an excuse for why the gays must not be allowed to marry and so on and so forth.

I long ago stopped looking for evidence from believers on forums. If evidence is found it will be found by a scientist; probably after we're all dead, no less.

I'm a true atheist, not even an agnostic. It is seems kind of ridiculous to me that there is a giant invisible guy who decides what is right or wrong, watches over everything, or even for there to be an afterlife or system of reincarnation. It's all scientifically impossible.

It's more implausible than impossible, because it's completely possible in principle. We don't know everything after all.

Yes, I'm Catholic.

I accept the fact that there is no absolute proof of a God however. I've had my epiphanies and what not, which made me sure of my belief in God, however.
