Sounds like a personal problem. Perhaps a little more Christian charity in your attitude towards others would help? You can probably talk to your spiritual advisor about that.

Discovery channel did a series on this. Not quite the same situation, but a good example of human resourcefulness, and our ability to use the knowledge we have.
