I've found that my exercise plan of "walk to the bus stop and also play with the baby" seems to be working for me. My three year old shirt that was already too small when I got it fits better every day somehow...
I have started to exercise as well, though my Socratic notions of aesthetics tell me I shouldn't bother; at the end of the day though since most people are obsessed with aesthetics I have little choice. :meh:
