What?

Support of the ability to have the choice of abortion is not a regulation, it's a "get out of the private lives" deregulation.

Regulating what people can and can't eat would be the exact opposite. So I'm kind of confused to your point?

Both are the government telling what people can and can't with their own money and bodies along with what they produce. If you support abortion then you should logically support deregulation of food, which I do.

I always find it difficult to answer this question when it isn't carefully worded. Are we talking about personal views or political views?

I am personally opposed to abortion in most cases. I am politically pro-choice on the matter. I do not believe that I would choose abortion in many of the cases where others have, but I would not force others to abide by my opinion.

Then you're making the wrong comparison. If this is what you want to compare to, you would have to say that someone who supports access to abortion cannot support laws that require it to be performed by licensed medical doctors who perform it under sterile conditions and with the proper equipment.

Since most people who are pro-choice fully support medical regulations of that sort, it is nonsensical to suggest that they should not support similar regulations on the sale of food products.

Except regulating what can be bought and sold on the open market isn't the same as regulating as what you can actually put into yourself, so the analogy isn't valid at all.

I'm pro-life and pro-choice. I probably wouldn't personally have an abortion if I had a vagina, but it's not my choice.
