I saw a parody using the same video already, but it was about the Ehrhoff and Goc trades, and it was a lot funnier, because they're German.

I was unaware Hitler had an opinion about rap music. I've heard it wasn't a big thing in 1930's & 40's era Germany.

Yeah, I'd have to agree. The one where Hitler's car gets stolen was funny (that might have been the first one, even), and the one where Hitler gets banned from XBox Live was good, too. Now it's just sad.
