Is the Universe irreducibly complex, or could it have spawned from generation after generation of less complex universes as a process of universal evolution?

Wrap your heads around that. I'll get a mop. :)

Follow-up question: Is God irreducibly complex? If so, did He have an intelligent designer? :)

You can't falsify creationism. But you can falsify irreducible complexity, by showing that nothing they have presented is irreducibly complex.

But there are irreducibly complex structures. They just so happen to not exist in every single organism ever. Funny how that works.

An example, please? And some rationale on why these structures are irreducibly complex?

Wheel and axle. A while back some scientists decided to figure out why no organism had evolved a wheel and axle, given that it's damn useful, and came to the conclusion that it was a structure that could not evolve.

Are you using things that we have constructed like computers as examples of irreducible complexity then?

I'm using structures in general. Computers wouldn't qualify as irreducibly complex anyways. There's very little that would.

Yeah, you don't get much simpler than on and off. :p

Why, because brains evolved?
A little homework for you!

What part of L(f(t)) = Int(exp(-s*t)*f(t),t,0,inf) don't you understand?

It was specifically mentioned that that was the result of interference by an outside intelligence.
