I found a two-headed snake in my backyard. One of the heads bit the other one in the neck and killed itself.

Small snakes can be poisonous and even more deadly. The Black Mamba, the deadliest, is fairly small.

the mamba is definatly not the deadliset, nor is it small. The can grow 8-14 feet long. The most venoumous snake is the taipan, which can grow 6-12 feet long. and arguably the most dangurous snake, do to its sheer size, would be the King cobra, which can grow 22 feet long.
