Ah. I hate English these days. Liked it in Y9, was okay with it in Y10, Y11 teacher is rumoured to take drugs and Y12 half the class pretends they have difficulty understanding her accent. (Although, because most of us do advanced maths the alternative is a South African teacher the accent is going to go either way. Unless you want to move to mainstream.)

Happy days. If only our teachers were so interesting.

One of my teachers actually went insane and had mental health issues, because some of her former students locked her in a cupboard, she later had a relapse. She was a lovely teacher, but the teacher after her I didn't like that much.

Good advice. I am pleased to say I have listened to you in advance. History, Classics, Economics, Maths, Drama (for fun) and English (because it's compulsory). I could've done Geography and Art History instead of maths and drama, but considering media studies is the only other thing that could be considered anything like the humanities...



I pity my friends who do physics, chem and bio. So many books. One also does economics, luckily he has a locker.

The year 12-13 jump is mean't to be less severe than the 11-12 one actually.

Also, we both seem to havee a startling similar subject selection. I have all of those subjects except Classics (can't take it until year 13 at my school) and Drama. I have Chem and Bio instead, I regret Chem, I didn't realise it would be so boring, bio is good, I got a good teaher and its an interesting subject.

I was going to do biology, except things conspired against me and I ended up taking Economics instead of German last year. Liked it so much I couldn't decide what to ditch. And then it was my best exam...

I really don't concern myself with celebrity culture, or whether someone is famous or not. I come from ordinary families on both sides.

I only mention it, because it is fun to know people who other people might know. Jesse Muligan from 7 Days was at my school once (I was in the same room). And Kieran Read went there... I also met Joan Wifffen before she died.
