Oh, and I support a democratic republican system... kind of important.

Technocracy isn't there.
That's a problem.

We should band together and find the original poster then.

Independent is non-specific and could mean anything. It should be erased from the poll.
A better option would have been "Apathetic".

I'm a weird one when it comes to political beliefs.

I'd say I am a National Socialist, I take great pride in my country while devoutly believing in socialism.

Definitely. My political beliefs weren't represented either. And I'm tired of always ticking the "Other" boxes on forms. Am I not good enough to deserve a proper category just because I'm a half black, half jewish Sufi of mixed Hawaiian-Norwegian ancestry? I mean, seriously!

By American definitions, I'm socially liberal, with some conservative beliefs thrown in for shits and giggles. Economically I'm more conservative, with a light dusting of liberal beliefs. In regards to international relations, I'm a huge fan of realpolitik. This explanation is an oversimplification of my political beliefs, but good enough for our purposes here.

I am a libertarian syndicalist who follows deleonist (marxist) and proudhorn styles of thought.

In matters of religion I consider myself agnostic (with pantheist or "cosmist") tendencies and have no issues with any specific religions, but hold ancient pagan faiths close to my heart.

I dont consider myself an anarchist, but I have great anarchistic leanings and my views of an ideal "state" have been described at times as examples of anarchism (albeit voluntary union governance is probably a more accurate term).

Outside of the conventional libertarian/authoritarian and collectivist/privatised axis I am bio-progressive (usually called a transhumanist, supporting mechanical and biological augmentations of the self) but I highly support "green" methods of living and indeed I am a member of the Green Party of the UK.

I am heavily opposed to nationalism in all of its forms, and am a firm internationalist.

I think that covers pretty much everything lol

Contrary to the propaganda, we live in probably the least materialistic culture in history. If we cared about the things of the world, we would treat them quite differently. We would be concerned with their materiality. We would be interested in their beginnings and their ends, before and after they left our grasp.
