Well to put it simply I'm an anarchist. The only reason Faolinn is described as having a government is to make the manner in which it functions comprehensible to non-anarchists.

Not sure any describes me perfectly but liberal (in the American sense of the word) is probably the best fit. Economically am basically a mixture of moderate free-market capitalism combined with progressive taxation, government programs, environmental and other regulations on buisinesses, subsidies and incentives for clean energy etc. Socially support things like gay marriage, right to choose, birth control and the like. Also support animal rights. In the long-term would like to see a transition to a form of techno-socialism but don't think that will be possible in the near future.

In philosophical points I am probably somewhat of a utilitarian but one that sees the need to incorperate a rights based view into it rather then a pure utlitarian.

Not enough around unfortunately. Probably disappeared the way the moderate fiscal conservative Republican did here in the US.

Basically, you're either a centrist, full blown statist or libertarian, depending on which of the liberal and conservative beliefs you mix.

And mine are being anarcho-capitalist. Well, I'm actually more of a plain anarchist, just simply getting a way to deviate from the statist quo, as Distruzio would put it.
Now mostly a politik discuss account.

Well said Comrade.

Anyway, I support a regulated capitalist economy with a progressive tax system in place, with revenue going towards infrastructure, education, healthcare and the like, as well as welfare to help people get back on their feet. Also, equal rights regardless of gender, sexuality, or race - the whole works.

I also support American hegemony, but that's neither here nor there.
