You can leave now.

Anti-Cosmic Gods, you have no right to tell people to leave a thread in NSG. Stop that tactic right now, please.

Are you serious? No, don't answer that, of course you are. Other posters regularly say worse things to each other, and to me. But I'm unpopular, so of course I get reprimanded for literally nothing. Glad you mods never disappoint ;)

EDIT: In fact, another poster called me a "fool" a few posts before yours. Last I checked, that was flaming. But you just straight up ignored that. Good moderation. Well done. Way to be subtle about your blatant partisanship.

Actually I probably know a bit more about them than you.

Or perhaps my opinion isn't clouded by your irrational hatred of 'dem muzzies'.
You can leave now.

Has that ever worked? Cos it seems to be entirely ineffective... like the rest of your posts.

Actually, I doubt that. In fact, I know you don't. And your rosey view of them demonstrates that. Also, the fact that you trumpet their supposed rejection of terrorism while ignoring their Second Intifada a decade later.

The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) (Arabic: منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية‎; Munaẓẓamat at-Taḥrīr al-Filasṭīniyyah (help·info)) is a political and paramilitary organization which was created in 1964. It is recognized as the "sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people" by the United Nations and over 100 states with which it holds diplomatic relations, and has enjoyed observer status at the United Nations since 1974.[4][5] The PLO was considered by the United States and Israel to be a terrorist organization until the Madrid Conference in 1991. In 1993, PLO recognized Israel's right to exist in peace, accepted UN Security Council resolutions 242 and 338, and rejected "violence and terrorism"; in response, Israel officially recognized the PLO as the representative of the Palestinian people.[6]

Your turn. :)

So, they elected a terrorist organization...then the terrorist organization renounced terrorism (while still supporting it on the side) and this proves me wrong, how exactly? Don't answer that, its rhetorical. It doesn't disprove anything. In fact, it proves my point more than yours. So you didn't "call" me on anything.

In fact, they called a Second Intifada in 2000 and it has yet to end. Do you research the organization your about to use as evidence?

In 2000 ... when George W Bush was elected President after a campaign totally focussed on domestic issues. In which he openly admitted that he had never left the USA except for one time when he went to Mexico?

The American people didn't have a problem with that, and nor do I really. I even respect how he shut up and buckled down to address the eminent external threat to the USA ... you have to respect a good effort even by a loser ... and all the strategic mistakes that followed yes they must be sheeted home to the President and I don't blame the man that he wasn't up to it and couldn't tell good advice from bad. He wasn't up to the job and no-one is to blame for that but the American people who elected him.

I understand your exasperation. I think the caution-non-warning to you was silly.

I'm not ignoring the Second Intifada, I'm discounting your Israel slanted view that it was terrorism, rather than an escalation of the Palestinian people fighting for their independence.

I can't remember off the top of my head, but what verse is it where Jesus commands people to be brought into the house, even if it is against their will? That passage that since it was written was interpreted as GOD WANTS US TO FORCE CONVERSION!

I'm not trying to win "the argument".

Frankly, "the argument" you are engaged in is foolish and obscene. I frankly don't give a dead pope's ass about your opinion, and proving you wrong is far beneath me. Some might call you a troll, but I'd call you a zombie. You are dead, but you keep lumbering forward until someone blows your brains out ... and I can't do that. I'd back myself to bring down a mosquito with a rubber band using only my feet, but blowing your brains out would require marksmanship I do not have.

I'm saying that the PLO does not represent all Palestinians. And far less does it represent all of the Middle East. Holding the PLO up as representative of Arabs is like holding the Westboro Baptist Church up as representative of Americans.

No... not going away.
People can twist things to mean anything that they want them to.
"Matthew 10:34. "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword." Christ came to bring peace between people and God. But the inevitable result of Jesus' coming is conflict between good and evil on the earth.

· Luke 22:36-38. "If you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one." Thus Jesus warned his disciples of perilous times to come. They would need defense and protection. These are not the words of a pacifist. (This does not conflict with Jesus' forbidding Peter to use a sword in a religious cause -- Matthew 26:52; John 18:36.)

· John 2:15. "So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple area...." Jesus violently drove the money changers from the outer court of the Temple. The Greek language implies that he used the whip on the money changers as well as on the sheep and oxen. Physical force can be applied with justice. "

That is a deliberate misrepresentation of what I said,

Actually, no, it's not a misrepresentation. It's an effort to draw your attention to the fact that you generalize "muslims" as if they were a single homhgenous group. They aren't.

And since you imply that muslims don't make a distinction between soldiers and civilians when they attack, and since there are muslim soldiers in the US armed forces, you are really claiming that US soldiers are guilty of war crimes.

All because of your lazy and inaccurate generalization.

You must have missed the post directly after the one you objected to where I similarly asked Call to Power to stop baiting You-Gi-Owe.

You have accrued no formal warning. Nothing has been added to your record. I don't care whether you're popular or unpopular - in fact your own assessment of your popularity is wholly irrelevant. A quick check reveals you've never received a single formal warning from me previously.

I am merely politely asking people on both sides of a contentious thread to play nice, and I'm sorry you apparently find a gentle reminder of basic forum etiquette to be personally offensive.

Over the top.

I'm this close to locking this thread.
