A bicycle of some sort. Right now I'm thinking a frame made by Rivendell, Rohloff Speedhub, 700c wheels, wide enough frame to take studded tires for the winter, fenders, rear rack with wire baskets, and some other stuff. I'm hoping to make a cheaper version next year (Frame from old road bike, Shimano or SRAM hub, etc.)
