Nah, let 'em fight and kill each other for scraps in the gutter; it'll toughen 'em up so that they can be walking pit bulls on behalf of the elite when we use them as our mailed fist.

Well, they should at least have some proper jobs. Who needs those new-fangled robotic manufacturing techniques when you can put some kids on an assembly line for a few pennies a day and a 70 hour work week? Teaches you the value of hard work. In fact, why bother with these fancy computers? Let's just lock 20 kids in a basement and have them memorize numbers.

I'd say janitors in schools, but I forgot, what schools?

Now, now, the beautiful children of the elite are entitled to attend school and gain proper education so that they can inherit their parents' lofty position in the hierarchy and continue to rule over us commoners. And why would you have them clean the schools and take away from their precious learning time?

If a political figure makes an accusation of wrongdoing without evidence, odds are probable that the accuser or an associate thereof has in fact committed the very same act, possibly to a worse degree.

Come now, why should the little darlings have to work and learn (God forbid) at all to inherit their parents' wealth? They're going to get the money anyway, why make them strain themselves over tedious things like science, math, and basic reading comprehension?

How are they going to learn the fine arts of embezzlement, forgery, and creative accounting if they can't do the reading, riting and rithmetics?

No, just the ones who are here illegally. (BTW: terrible strawman there.) Actually, they should not be harassed, just deported or, in some cases, allowed to apply for citizenship. Call me an old softy but I can't see kicking out all 11 million illegals just because the US gummint refused to enforce its own laws so employers could have ultracheap labor.

How am I strawmanning? I'm referring to the semi-recent immigration laws in Arizona and Georgia that the GOP was so proud of.

You obviously haven't heard of Newt's back-up plan. "Operation use my moon people to take over america". He isn't very good with names.

But yes, Ricky-boy over there has little hope.

i dont know what newt is saving himself for. talking to the media is free. he could be making outrageous statements every day and getting covered for them at least.

newt should be done after next tuesday. its amazing that its taking so long even with the backing of a billionaire. but santorum is getting all the notromney vote, he could last all the way to the convention. romney needs to win a bunch of winner-take-all states to distance himself from santorum as the undisputable front runner.

I don't know how many more primaries there are between Super-Tuesday and April, but GOP rules say no winner-take-all contests until then, so Mitt will have to get used to sharing with Santorum until then.

I don't know, I would not be surprised to see Romney-Santorum 2012 come out of the convention. I really wouldn't.

*shudder* it would have to be impossible for romney to get the nomination without the deal for that to happen. *shudder again*

this seems to be a year where candidates dont need to be good or be organized or even disciplined to get far in the process. add in ron pauls caucus strategy and a brokered convention might be inevitable.

romney has a week to convince the republican south to get its head out of its ass and vote for practicality.

Hopefully we'll get an offensive name for the Obama thread that is inevitably going to come soon too.. If it's okay to call Santorum ''frothy'', then is it okay to call Obama ''a socialist nigger''? Nope, neither of those is okay. I do not understand how it's okay to insult conservative politicians with very crude words but insulting liberal politicians like Obama is a big no.

Pretty much. It's like the GOP doesn't think we're watching them, despite the fact that they're doing it right in front of our eyes on purpose.

How is frothy comparable to the N-word, or even that much of an insult? Also, how is it NSG fault that Santorum shares a last name with a word that describes a frothy mixture thus making his thread ripe for a punny title?

Nah, I pretty sure Rick Santorum's douchbaggery is so bad that he caused a hole in the space time continuum that made it so his last name was named in reference to the neologism.
