Opera. Used to be Firefox, but then it got majority market share and everyone started writing viruses for it, and since Chrome was the new popular browser I figured it'd be safe to switch to Opera. The memory leaks didn't hurt my choice to switch, although using Firefox on other computers has taught me that it no longer reaches the "use one gig of memory" point.

About equal in speed,

No, it isn't.
It takes 5 seconds to load Nationstates homepage in IE.
It takes 1 second to load Nationstates homepage in Google Chrome.
Net 4 second difference per page.

In Chrome you can choose pages from last browsing format. It auto saves last session if it crashes. It has about 8 bookmarks on the homepage - accessible by one click.
IE does almost none of those.

From your home screen on Chrome, it appears that you use NS a lot. Which may explain the speed with which the page's loaded.

You should try loading a completely new web page on both browsers to make it a fairer test.

I used to use IE but was too lazy to switch to Firefox. Now I use Firefox and am too lazy to switch to Chrome.

Same engine as Chrome but the web browser it self, is really bad.

I like Opera Mobile but I'm using IE on my phone now and IE9 on my computer as well. People saying it is slow, I don't really care, all browsers are the same speed on this computer.

Firefox.
I have never experienced more frustration with trying to use the internet than when using Internet Explorer.
Whenever Google Chrome is on the computer, it makes Windows Parental Controls throw a hissy fit and block the entire internet.
I've never tried Safari or Opera, but they seem like hipster browsers.

EDIT: Also, Google is Big Brother disguised as Mr. Rogers.

You do realise that you can eliminate that information using the dashboard, yes?

And Firefox also gathers information about you. As do IE and Safari.

Chrome and Opera as an alternative; if forced to, Firefox. I'd die before using IE though.

Chrome is ok if I don't have either. It's really fast.
IE sux, and Opera doesn't have anything good about it.

Opera can switch between TDI and MDI, has skins, also a mail client, turbo.
Opera also puts everything the other browsers have exclusively together.
