Firefox or Chrome, depending on what information I'll be working with. I don't like using Safari, but I will if I have to. Will not touch Internet Exploder (any variant) with a 10 and half foot pole. Never used anything else so I can't say much about the others.

I use Firefox because unlike IE or Chrome it doesn't give me viruses and it's not slow.

I first had firefox. I tried chrome, and it felt like I was cheating on my girlfriend. But after realizing that chrome was much, much better, I never looked back. There are a few things that irk me, which google really needs to fix: .pdf viewers, and the absolutely retarded "most visited" page upon opening a new tab.

Chrome all the way. I used Firefox before I switched, but after, it's like being enlightened.
IE is absolutely terrible, I was honestly astounded when I read people liked it, I never tried Lynx or Opera so I can't say an opinion.
