What? This makes no sense. If information gleaned from torture has prevented a terrorist attack, Bush's Administration would have broadcast it as justification.

Not really, its much more important to maintain secrecy then broadcast that we know what you guys are doing. What Obama is investing in are programmes to help jumpstart the economy. Bush did the same.

Yes he is. He's going to shut down Guantanamo Bay by 2010 I believe (don't quote me on the date) as well as withdraw from Iraq around the same time. We already pulled out of Iraqi cities.
