According to various studies, about 1/2 of English people don't care about the EU. The ones that do view it as an international relations group and environmental watchdog, as opposed to a means to unite Europe as one. Therefore, I believe a score of 25% sound be normal, or in the teens if you are a old curmudgeon. I would fall into the old curmudgeon category myself.

On a side note, a whole one third do not care for either EU or UK politics. Darkness Induced Audience Apathy?
