It's not at all on the same level, but I do feel that some posters are trivializing it. It may not nearly be as traumatic as violation, but it's also not nothing.
Breaking your leg is also "not nothing" but it's also not the "same as being raped".
I agree that someone being falsely accused of something sucks. I know a man who was falsely accused of sexual harassment. While he was found not guilty (he wasn't even at work that day to "corner her in the break room and proposition her") his co-workers still look at him differently. While that sucks for him, he would NEVER compare it to being raped. Possibly though because he's married to someone who has been raped and he knows the difference.
