She's not exactly on the bright side either...

One of the biggest problems is that it would be ridiculously difficult to find any non-partisan nations out there in order to adjudicate. We (the UK) have built ourselves up on quite a few shit-lists and many nations would probably just rule in Argentina's favour just to piss us off.
I'd like to see the UN sit down and objectively look at all the matters surrounding who owns the Falklands and taking into account the Falklanders' wishes. But it is such a politically charged issue that this is never, ever going to happen with an outcome which is truly fair.

Doubt it will be a majority. And even by some miracle, Argentina somehow managed to convince world that Falklands should be Argentine: UK can simple pull out joker card and veto it.

This idiom or expression has to do with:
Saying something to someone, but something different to someone else.
How can I trust you when you talk out of both sides of your mouth?

You do know the UK. govt. is talking out of both sides of the mouth.
For those not sure of the saying "Talking out of both sides of the mouth" read thisThis idiom or expression has to do with:
Saying something to someone, but something different to someone else.
How can I trust you when you talk out of both sides of your mouth?
So how is the UK. govt. "Talking out of both sides of the mouth".
They say the wishes people of the Falkland islanders must be respected. But when it comes to the wishes of the Chago Islanders, those do not have to be respected. Which in the end means any UK. argument against Argentina is meaningless until they put right this Chago island fiasco. It is to the advantage of the Falkland islanders that the UK. finally put right this Chago island fiasco. Afterall, if they did it to the Chago Islanders what is there stopping them from doing the same thing to them in the future. Of course since everyone these days has cellular phone cameras and internet cameras, the UK. govt. would probably evict the Falkland islanders in a much nicer way then they did the Chago Islanders.

You do know that's fucking irrelevant to what I was talking about?

And I'm still expecting a comprehensive argument from you on why exactly Argentina has a claim on the Falklands.
On a side note, anyone else been thinking of writing to Kerchner and pointing out that the only claim Argentina has is loosely, and I mean really loosely, descended from the Spanish Empire and thus it's her who's been the Imperialist? Nice vocabulary for a public forum. And then they wonder why kids use so much foul rude language these days.
@Eulandia - They were giving a show on the coast of the South American continent. They showed the Falkland islands and penguins. They say when the oceans were lower in elevation that you could walk the 643 Km. from the Falkland islands to Patagonia in Argentina.
