Also SOPA would be declared unconstituntional by like nineteen judges in five seconds flat.

Depends on where it is challenged. If It is in LA or NYC (where the majority of the companies that want SOPA to pass are located); then odds are it wouldn't be upheld. Odds are the challenge would have to be filed in SF or Seattle where most fo the companies that are against SOPA are located.

If SOPA passes, not only does it ruin about every big thing there is to love on the Internet and many small things, but I hope EVERYONE here realizes that this would most likely shut down Nation-States for all of the copyrighted pictures in many peoples flags, and more for the many links that I'm sure are on here somewhere linked to vids and other things full of copyrighted material.

Romney, Gingrich, Ron Paul, and Obama oppose SOPA. That is good news because the 4 serious presidential candidates are on record opposing SOPA.

This is truth. Nationstates would be banned from the internet because of the fans of Star Trek, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and other popular TV shows/movies. Nationstates could be targeted if you use orks or millennial falcons in your rps. Using the M1Abrams or the M16 in your rp, as many rpers do, could cause the US government to shut down Nationstates as far as US users are concerned.

This is but one of the problems created by SOPA and it's Senate version PIPA.

Hollywood is one of the biggest supporters of SOPA and as such a judge from LA would be inclined to favor them.

Think about this. SOPA could cause super-strict copyright infringement to extend outside of the internet! Pandora? Hmmm...free copyrighted music=censor. Music radio stations? More free copyrighted music=illegalize. Television? Oooo MTV=shut down. Libraries for Pete's sake? Hey! Did you just download music onto your computer from that album you borrowed from the Library for free?=demolished. Life as we know it? One word:GONE!

I forgot to mention that SOPA eliminates the Fair Use doctrine. Under SOPA/PIPA, there is no such thing as Fair Use. This is major and serious change from American tradition and values.
