how does this apply to other genders and orientations? it certainly isn't just hetero male humans who have real need and actual engage in doing so. to assume that it is, now THAT would be "sexist".

and i mention "humans" there, because it isn't just humans who do so. quite a number of other mammalian species also engage in this activity. so there's certainly nothing "unnatural" about it either.

I believe in moderation. maybe excessive masturbation is bad for your health, I know it can make people temporarily sterile and if someone becomes to reliant on masturbation then maybe it could possably lead to people not developing the proper skills to actually go out and meet the right people so they dont need to masturbate???

The other option is someone regimenting themselves and supressing their urges, living a chase life like a nun. I guess there is nothing wrong with that except that when that person does find someone who they would like to be more intimate with it might be embarrassing or humiliating especially if the other person has done stuff of a sexual nature before.

Sex exists, sexual energy exists. to Deny it and be blind to it and to neglect your sexuality I think would be unhealthy.

When sexual thoughts come into my mind I don't beat myself up and think im a disgusting pig, these thoughts are prefectly natural, plus supressing these urges and thoughts to such an unhealthjy extent could lead to them manifesting themselves in a much more disturbing way like pedophilia or rape
