Possible. For instance the Egyptians built the Pyramids incredi-fast, as documented on the Egyptians own records of when they started and when they finished, that even today we would not be able to build those monstrosities as fast as they did even with our modern technology.

So those of you that hate shouldn't. Think outside the box instead of being mindless sheep. Aliens do exist somewhere in either the Milky Way (our galaxy) or the Andromeda Galaxy and no doubt have attained a super high level of technology, possibly even FTL.

20-40 years is 'incredi-fast'?

Just so you know, the use of the term 'sheep' 'sheeple' or any other herd animal-based terminology in conjunction with an exhortation to 'think outside the box' or stop going along with groupthink generally indicates that the speaker is actually more closed-minded on the subject than the people that he/she is addressing. At least, in my experience at least.

Without a flaming chariot dock(what we today call 'pyramids), how else are dead Egyptians supposed to join them in the afterlife for booze and sex parties?

1. First, before going onto the main question, you must establish that their are aliens capable of traveling to Earth in a reasonable amount of time that would be an economic venture for them (just because it's likely doesn't mean it's a fact).
2. You must establish that such aliens would in fact aid humanity, and not enslave them. (going through a likely list of Alien civilizations capable of FTL and near Earth

After answering the above two, come back and ask the topic's question again.

Excuse me, sir. Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.

Its because they haven't.

If they could cross interstellar distance, their technology would be so advanced economics would be a meaningless word.

I don't know who told you that but we could build the pyramids easily, especially with a comparable size labor force.

1. You just made my day with this statement above

2. What do you think? People see shiny white lights and they think its a God, I bet thats how the concept of god came into place. Another part of the ancient astronaut theory is that humans were continually wiped out by "superior" humans and we are in what is called "the earth project" in other words, we might just be experiments in a petri dish. And when we aren't a "successful" project we're wiped out so that our superiors can start over again. It might explain why jesus was so perfect they say and they also say he might not have had DNA...which...I don't really believe. But maybe the mayans were helped by aliens to make the pyramids and were visited by them for "examination. And they were told "hey heads up, we don't think its working out soo...yeah...we either wipe ya out in 2012, or we come back and visit again and give you the secrets the future holds and help you prosper with our future tech and blablabla" so the mayans panicked and made their calender end in 2012 :p hey, I don't know, i'm totally guessing...considering that they were really good at astronomy, predicted so many things right and somehow all mysteriously disappeared its sketchy...or maybe 2012 is the technological singularity? I don't know..my personal belief is that we probably make contact with aliens somehow in 2012, whether those aliens be human or not.

Oh yeah and that we learn the secrets of the uuuuuniverse.

Instead of just ridiculing and making fun of very unique, out of the box ideas and theories can we just answer the question in the title and then discuss the repercussions if it ended out being true, its effects on human society and culture and politics and religion and how you personally would react to such a dramatic change in reality?

would you all die of heart attacks, still refuse to believe it for have a very long transitional period of adjusting your reality?

Personally if Ancient Aliens was disclosed by major religious and political institutions with records reaching back thousands of years I would be fascinated and it would come as a bit of a shock and surprise but overall I think it would be exciting and it wouldn't take long for an Adjustment of reality at all

Did aliens visit Ancient Civilizations? I think its possible, who knows what their motivations were or why they ended up leaving (or maybe they never did leave) but I don't think anybody can claim indefinitely that they know the truth of the matter, although some people probably Think/believe that they know the truth

Okay, so provide us with some evidence that they did visit, or evidence on which you base your opinion that's it's possible.

Try oranges studded with whole cloves. They smell great and if you throw them hard enough, the cloves open the skin for the acidic juice, which always reminds the solipsist how wrong they are.
