Thats what I was wondering. Minneasota has the damn division clinched already! I'd rather the Bears take the division, and thats saying something.

Does anybody know who won between Manchester United and Chelsea?

Also was 3-2 the final score between Real Madrid and Athelico Madrid?

This would have been fine if
a) the free kick leading to the goal was actually a free kick.
b) Drogba hadn't committed a foul while the ball was coming in by taking Brown down in the area.
c) Drogba hadn't been active while offside, while the ball was coming in.
d) It hadn't been Terry that scored.

Hey! We suck, but if you think the Bucs are better than the Pack, you have issues to work out. Rodgers has been sacked like 36, 38 times or something like that.

Here we go,

VO's Second Weekly NFL Rankings:

1. New Orleans Saints - They won't go undefeated, sooner or later they will pitch a stinker for a whole game. They do look very tough, however, with the most opportunistic offense and defense.
2. Indianapolis Colts - Not looking dominant, missing a running game and Bob Sanders, but I am not willing to bet against Peyton Manning at this point.
3. Pittsburgh Steelers - This may be a homer pick here, but I was skeptical of this team earlier. It is just hard to deny all of the weapons this team has on offense and defense, and with the O-Line finding a rhythm, I think this team matches the two above it.
4. Minnesota Vikings - May have fell just because of the bye week. Wins losing a little shine with GB, SF, and Baltimore all losing. But with AP and that defense (and fine, Brett Farve is playing good), they can match anyone.
5. Cincinnati Bengals - It is so, so hard for me to admit that the Bengals are good. But I love the secondary (especially Leon Hall) and must admit that Palmer and Benson make an excellent backfield.
6. New England Patriots - I don't know how good these guys are yet. Could end the season anywhere from the top three to #11-12.
7. Houston Texans - I can't help but root for these guys, and they are going here.
8. Dallas Cowboys - Told you they would beat the Eagles. Right now the cream of the NFC East crop, but I am not entirely sure that says much.
9. Baltimore Ravens - I am almost certain this team could put it together and run up the ranks. What is going on with them?
10. Denver Broncos - McDaniels has done a good job, but I think the early run may have been a bit of a fluke. We will see down the run how they hold up.
11. Arizona Cardinals - Leave Warner in!!!
12. Atlanta Falcons - Don't see this team making it over the hump this year.
13. Philadelphia Eagles - I'm sorry, but McNabb is not that great. He has never been able to sustain drives without the top notch screen game. Big plays, but little substance. Kolb, Jackson, McCoy, and Maclin should have Eagles fans very excited for a long time to come, though.
14. San Diego Chargers - Don't get too excited. This team hasn't proven anything yet. Will stay down here, but could at least push the Broncos.
15. New York Giants - I have never liked this team. Super Bowls can be a flash in the pan.
16. San Francisco 49ers - Like the Texans, really like the team, want to see them succeed, trying to stay realistic.
17. Miami Dolphins - Meh. This team will stay mediocre.
18. New York Jets - Everything but the heads-up games tell me this team is better than Miami
19. Carolina Panthers - See Miami.
20. Green Bay Packers - This year is about to spiral. Rodgers cannot manage to take this beating and it showed in that terrible loss.
21. Chicago Bears - This D cannot stop anything, and the passing game isn't ready to keep up.
22. Seattle Seahawks - Just not a very good team anywhere.
23. Tennessee Titans - Vince Young is no savior, but Chris Johnson may be.
24. Buffalo Bills - The offense is horrible, the defense is mediocre, and this team doesn't have much on the horizon either.
25. Jacksonville Jaguars - Is this team ok, bad, or terrible?
26. Kansas City Chiefs - How much does Matt Cassell wish he was a Bronco?
27. Washington Redskins - The offense is actually moving the ball somewhat and the D has always been ok. Might be able to win a few games down the stretch, were it not for a nightmare schedule. 43-22 combined record for remaining opponents.
28. Oakland Raiders - Some of those guys try hard. I wish they would just take this team away from Al Davis.
29. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Just stick with the creamsickles.
30. St. Louis Rams - I hate to see Steven Jackson absorb damage for this team. Hopefully he gets a couple good teams before he turns thirty and disappears from the planet.
31. Detroit Lions - The rough part is coming for Stafford. 5 int this week, many more to come.
32. Cleveland Browns - This season is a disaster. When does Brady Quinn lose his chance to get his bonus, they might win a couple games after that.

Something else: A look at next week.

San Francisco - 27
Chicago - 17

Pittsburgh - 24
Cincinnati - 23

New York Jets - 28
Jacksonville - 10

Atlanta - 31
Carolina - 21

Tennessee - 24
Buffalo - 7

Kansas City - 17
Oakland - 10

Philadelphia - 27
San Diego - 31

Dallas - 34
Green Bay - 24

Arizona - 31
Seattle - 10

New England - 27
Indianapolis - 38

I wasn't watching the game against the Broncos but followed it a bit and knew the Steelers won. But I saw some of the highlights on ESPN and it looks like it would've been a great game.

This would have been fine if
a) the free kick leading to the goal was actually a free kick.

Well - Fletcher is allowed to go over the top of the ball, take out Cole's legs and then - because he points at the ball afterwards, not be blown up for the foul then - in your opinion.
Nadkor wrote:b) Drogba hadn't committed a foul while the ball was coming in by taking Brown down in the area.

Six of one, half a dozen of the other - just Drogba, unsurprisingly, is stronger and better balanced than Wes. - Nothing that doesn't occur at every dead ball situation. Unlike the flying roundhouse that Drogba had received just before - reminded me of Eric (Cantona).
Nadkor wrote:c) Drogba hadn't been active while offside, while the ball was coming in.

So was he fouling Brown or was he offside? I don't see even Fergie could claim both, yet you are trying. As it was, he had absolutely no part in the goal - as your last objection makes clear.
Nadkor wrote:d) It hadn't been Terry that scored.

Because if had been Drogba perhaps, just perhaps, you could find something to complain about. But as it was Terry then all your inaccurate snipes at Drogba are irrelevant anyway.

There was literally nothing illegal about the tackle.

No, similar happens in every dead ball situation. Usually when that happens a foul is given.

Nadkor wrote:c) Drogba hadn't been active while offside, while the ball was coming in.

As far as I vaguely remember he was offside when the ball was originally struck, but then took out Brown while the ball was on its way in. Even if that's not the most accurate description, I'm certain that he was offside and interfering with play.

Nadkor wrote:d) It hadn't been Terry that scored.

New Zealand is going to the football World Cup baby!!! What a game. Two things I learned:
1). Sport is a thousand times better live and your team wins.
2). Sport is a thousand times more exciting with a big bet on it.

That call was BS! He had possesion of it! I should still have my flag as Illinois. Don't give me that indesputible evidence stuff either, you could tell he had possesion. Talking about the Illinois game by the way.

And once again Houston gave us another reason why they shouldn't be ranked. They have no defense, they barely beat their C-USA opponents, all they really did was beat... damn I can't even remember now.

Wow! It was sold out about a month ago actually. I was very lucky to get tickets, as I'm close family friends with someone who is on a football board here.
