On a more serious note S\since this is a private institution I don't know what laws apply here, I think the school might be considered liable if something did happen (not saying it will) which could explain the decision. Thing is the "justifications" written here are equally true in public school, but the boy would not be rejected. What I find so stupid is that had they simply rejected the boy and given no reason there would have been less controversy.
