The Scots had no Say in the matter, so the Scots and the rest of the United Kingdom shoud not be ashamed of themselfs.
So Mr. MacAskill should be ashamed of himself for letting a Mass-Murderer Go, Scotland would be happy to hand him to America!.
Think About It!
Think Before You Judge!
Look at how Many Americas, Scots & British who died!

Still, does that give US courts jurisdiction? In which case, why wasn't he tried over here in the first place? Like I said, I'm just guessing here.

Whether you like it or not, your judicial system's fully responsible for the whole affair. Whether you like it or not, the Scots are going to be tarred with the same "you are your government!" brush from some individuals, the same as some individuals tarred all Americans with "you're murderous scumbags because you elected Bush!" whether they had voted for the man or not. The same pleas to separate the American government from the people were rebuffed by some, and I expect the pleas to separate the Scots from their government will meet the same fate.
So Your Saying We Are Having the Same Problem!
Sorry. It does suck being blamed for something you had no control over and disagree with.

Not by a judge but by a Scottish politician who I believe was told to release al-Megrahi by New Labour in London. Of course you can't say we voted for Prime Minister Brown or Prime Minister in all but name Peter Mandelson because we didn't.
