Inspired by the similar Spanish and Dutch threads, I decided to create a similar thread, this time for Finns! I know there aren't too many Finns here, but I decided to try anyways. And of course, Non-Finns are welcome to post in this thread too! :)

Also, don't try to use Google Translate. Because of the insane amount of complexity in the Finnish language, it's not going to work. Trust me.



Juu elikkä terve, päätin laittaa tämmöisen topiikin käyntiin.. Eli.. No tota, moi. Sanokaa vaikka mistä päin tuutte, tai jotain.. Ettei topiikki kuole :D

I can understand why Finnish might sound quite exotic to foreigners though. Probably because of its unique way of pronounciation.

"Perkele!" and "Mittä Hittoa?"

I think that's all I need to know to function in Finnish society.
